Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and service requests
Maintain and update client account information in the corporate
database
Communicate account changes and service protocols to relevant
teams
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma / GED required; some college preferred
1-3 years of customer service experience
3-5 years of data entry experience
1 year in customer service, administrative, or operational
roles
Must be computer literate with intermediate office application
skills
