Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Process & Platforms Specialist
to optimize sales processes and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead administration and continuous improvement of sales platforms
such as Salesforce, Outreach, Jiminny, and ZoomInfo
Design and maintain sales processes and policies to align with
business goals
Drive user adoption through training programs and manage change
impacts on the sales organization
Required Qualifications
Proven experience administering and optimizing Salesforce and
similar platforms in a global sales environment
Deep knowledge of sales processes and related sub-processes
Strong track record in managing change impacts of process and
platform automation
Expertise in process design and optimization methodologies like
Lean Six Sigma
Comprehensive understanding of CRM domains, including sales cloud
and digital signatures
