Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Benefit Plan Configuration
Analyst - Remote Preferably in California.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement benefit coding changes with high accuracy
Analyze client requirements and present benefit setup options to
stakeholders
Manage plan design concepts and coordinate responses to audits
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of experience in benefit plan configuration/analysis
Experience with adjudication processes and analyzing benefit plan
design
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
and Access
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience
may be considered
