Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Systems
Consultant to lead system enhancements and process
improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business system application process improvements and system
enhancements for Salesforce and Carrier Management projects
Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, collaborating with
vendors, business areas, Legal, and IT
Manage projects with higher complexity and risk to benefit Carrier
Management and broader functional areas
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of eight years of experience
in back-end business systems, or a Bachelor's degree with five
years of experience
Salesforce application development experience or experience working
closely with Salesforce developers
Proficiency with project management tools
Two or more years of successful performance as a business systems
consultant
Ability to adapt in a changing environment and manage multiple
responsibilities across teams
