Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Service Specialist to provide
patient-first healthcare and ensure exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a comprehensive and proactive experience for patients and
visitors
Perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance
verification
Maintain confidential patient information and assist with MyChart
and Appointment Pass education
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with two years of relevant experience,
or an associate's degree with one year of experience, or a
bachelor's degree
Experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling,
insurance processing, or customer service
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Strong customer service background is preferred
