Job Description:

We are seeking a warm and engaging host/hostess to join our team. The host/hostess is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. They are also responsible for answering phones, making reservations, and performing administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Answer phones, take reservations, and maintain phone logs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front door area.
• Present menus to guests and provide a positive dining experience.
• Direct guests to their tables and ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Check bathrooms regularly for cleanliness and restock paper goods as needed.The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
