Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Business Process Advisor to
lead process and systems improvements for specific segments.
Key Responsibilities
Champion Value Stream mindset and facilitate departmental
improvement plans
Independently manage complex initiatives and coordinate project
work across the division
Provide data analysis and insights to support decision-making and
track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (or 10+ years of relevant
experience in lieu of a degree)
8+ years of experience in a related field
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt
preferred)
Consultant experience
Proficiency in software tools such as Visio, Excel, Power BI,
Tableau, and PowerPoint
