Job Description:
A company is looking for an Evaluation Specialist to conduct an
independent evaluation of the 100,000 Strong in the Americas
program.
Key Responsibilities
Review program documentation and develop a methodological framework
for evaluation
Design and implement data collection tools, analyze data, and
assess program effectiveness
Prepare interim and final evaluation reports, incorporating
feedback from stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 5 years of research
experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience
Experience in research, evaluation, or project management in a
developing country context
Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese/French skills
preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft applications and data visualization
tools
Experience working with higher education institutions is a plus
