Job Description:
A company is looking for a QIC and CQI Researcher to support
research and evaluation efforts aimed at improving child welfare
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct equity-focused evaluations of community-based helplines and
decision-making programs
Collaborate with partner organizations and individuals with lived
experience to ensure inclusive research
Develop and implement evaluation and research designs, utilizing
both quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Required Qualifications and Education
PhD or MA/MS/MSW in a social sciences field or a bachelor's degree
with at least five years of relevant experience
Expertise in conducting research and evaluation of decision-making
systems
Ability to design and implement evaluation plans that include a CQI
component
Experience coordinating complex projects and ensuring cross-team
collaboration
Ability to produce data visualizations for non-technical
audiences
