Job Description:
A company is looking for a Carrier Success Representative to
ensure successful onboarding and compliance of carriers while
enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and carriers,
monitoring compliance metrics
Educate and train carriers on activation processes and provide
troubleshooting support
Collaborate with the customer success team to align on account
goals and strategies
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Prior experience in a SaaS software product company is highly
desirable
Background in supply chain, logistics, or transportation services
is advantageous
Fluent in Spanish and English
