• Certification Details
• Required: LSRT, AART, BLS
• Accepts a temp LSRT, issues within 3-5 days once fee is paid and proof of ARRT certification are received
• CAN submit without LSRT

      • Tuesday - Thursday: 10am-830pm
      • Friday 8am-430pm
