Job Description:
A company is looking for a CMDB Administrator to manage and
maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the
ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the integrity and accuracy of the ServiceNow CMDB
Integrate data sources and automate discovery processes
Develop and maintain CMDB policies and procedures aligned with ITIL
best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
Proven experience as a CMDB Administrator or in a similar IT
Service Management role
In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and
methodologies
Proficiency in CMDB tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow or
SolarWinds
ITIL Foundation certification or relevant ITSM certifications
preferred
