Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance Coach - Mechanical to
analyze and improve the practices of independent automotive repair
shops.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching and mentoring to shop owners to enhance
profitability and efficiency
Analyze business practices and financial statements to develop new
business models and recommendations
Guide clients through a structured re-engineering program and
monitor their progress
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of automotive experience with a focus on shop
management or operations
Experience in consultative management and business development
At least 4 years of experience in teaching or mentoring small
business owners
Strong background in operations management within the automotive
aftermarket
Experience with accounting and P&L management
