Job Description:
A company is looking for a Wholesale Underwriter for Specialty
Products to underwrite loans in accordance with company and
investor guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite Non-Agency or Non-QM mortgage loans and ensure
compliance with guidelines
Analyze collateral, credit information, and income to determine
loan acceptability
Communicate with clients and teams to resolve outstanding issues
and review underwriting conditions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of mortgage underwriting experience
Experience underwriting Non-Agency or Non-QM loans
Familiarity with paperless loan origination systems preferred
DU and LP experience required
Experience in a paperless environment preferred
