Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Associate General Counsel
(Compliance).
Key Responsibilities
Review advertising, marketing, and educational materials for
compliance with laws and policies
Provide legal advice on compliance with healthcare laws and
industry codes
Prepare compliance training and updates for company-wide
communications
Required Qualifications
JD degree from an ABA accredited law school and successful
completion of the state bar exam
At least 6+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house
Healthcare industry experience preferred (med device, pharma, life
sciences, etc.)
Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships internally
and externally
