A company is looking for a Director - Commercial Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and advise on channel agreements and
transactions
Support the channel organization in developing programs, policies,
and offerings
Develop and implement strategies for effectively scaling support of
the channel organization
Required Qualifications
7+ years practicing law
Juris Doctor and license to practice law in a US jurisdiction
In-house experience at a technology company, preferably B2B
SaaS
Demonstrated success supporting a global partner organization
Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed organization
