A company is looking for a Copywriting Lawyer to combine legal expertise with engaging copy for eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and edit eCommerce content for legal accuracy, including terms and policies
Ensure compliance of marketing materials and product descriptions with regulatory standards
Provide guidance on intellectual property issues and stay updated on legal changes

Required Qualifications

Licensed attorney with experience in eCommerce or related fields
Strong copywriting skills to simplify complex legal language
Familiarity with eCommerce regulations and privacy laws
Proactive in staying updated on industry standards and regulations
