Job Description:
A company is looking for a temporary privacy attorney to assist
with contract negotiations related to privacy compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and Data Privacy
Appendices (DPAs) with vendors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Provide guidance on GDPR requirements as they relate to privacy
agreements
Required Qualifications
Experience with Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and Privacy
Amendments
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is required
Fundamental understanding of GDPR is preferred
Ability to work remotely
Available for a temporary position, likely lasting 12 weeks
