Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and
enhance product documentation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and maintain various types of documentation, including user
guides and API developer guides
Create client aids using online videos, demos, and guided tours to
enhance user understanding
Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability and
monitor training material metrics
Required Qualifications and Education
Four-year college degree in a relevant discipline or advanced
degree with applicable experience
3+ years of experience in a related field, or 2+ years with an
advanced degree
Experience in the financial industry is a plus
SaaS experience is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Suite and MadCap suite of content
management tools is preferred
