Key Responsibilities
Architect and maintain scalable backend services and build
integrations with bank partners
Utilize AWS and Python to develop and document business-critical
features
Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and review code
contributions
Required Qualifications
Experience designing, developing, and shipping long-lasting
code
Proven track record of leading engineering initiatives for
large-scale systems
Experience with rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept demos
Interest in financial systems, markets, and banking
High emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under
pressure
