Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Software Quality
Engineering to manage a QA team and ensure software quality in an
Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate the work of QA team members in a fast-paced
Agile development process
Oversee project estimation, task management, and maintain progress
reporting
Execute test scripts and participate in customer audits to provide
quality assurance expertise
Required Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of computer systems validation requirements for clinical
research technologies
Experience with Java, Selenium, Groovy, and SQL
Demonstrable experience in professional software development within
a structured software engineering function
Previous experience in Agile, team-based product development
