Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Recruiter to manage the
full-cycle recruiting process and enhance the candidate
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings
and candidate screening
Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruiting
strategies for various roles
Source and engage passive candidates through creative methods and
maintain candidate records in the ATS
Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced
environment
Proven ability to source candidates for a wide range of roles
Experience using Greenhouse and modernloop ATS and other recruiting
tools
Knowledge of US labor laws and hiring practices
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic work
environment
