Job Description:

A company is looking for a Ssr IT Customer Service professional to provide remote service desk support.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve connection issues and guide users through troubleshooting steps
Assist users with program installation by providing download links and instructions
Coordinate with FCE support for restoring deleted folders and managing profiles on virtual machines

Required Qualifications

Experience in IT service desk support
Familiarity with remote support tools, such as Remote Desktop
Knowledge of network drives and virtual machine management
Ability to document issues and follow up on support requests
Understanding of software update processes for virtual environments
