Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager to oversee a remote team of customer service agents and enhance the customer experience.



Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure high-quality customer service
Lead staffing efforts, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training processes
Foster a positive team culture and maintain morale among remote team members


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field plus 3-5 years of customer service experience, or HS Diploma plus 8 years of customer service experience
1-2 years of management experience, ideally in customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Excel
Strong data literacy to turn metrics into actionable improvements
Experience with ERP or Zendesk systems is a plus
