Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison to
serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding
clinical information related to behavioral health and substance
use.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and review member clinical records and services related to
behavioral health
Partner with staff and departments on provider education and
outreach to identify and address gaps
Implement procedures for tracking and resolving operational issues
between providers and facilities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or equivalent
nursing degree
4-6 years of experience in behavioral health outpatient care in a
community setting
Experience with treatment plans related to mental health and
substance abuse
Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, RN, or Licensed Clinical
Psychologist required
State-specific licensure may be required for AZ, FL, GA, NV, and
WA
