Position Highlights:
- Outpatient opportunity, limited call, support of large
subspecialty network
- Hybrid role with clinical (80%) and research/principal
investigator (20%) responsibilities

Portion:
- Actively solicit sponsored clinical trials with national and/or
international prominence relating to high impact relevant topics in
the field of Primary Care/Community Care, Population Health, and/or
Health Equity;
- Function as the Principal Investigator (PI) on assigned
studies, including completing and maintaining required research
training, participating in trial feasibility discussions, working
with the study team to develop recruitment strategies, and
performing all study-specific activities assigned to the PI.
- Engage with Research personnel to provide oversight of research
activities to ensure compliance with institutional and government
policies, and intervening when necessary;
- Participate, as needed, in Ochsner Research Organizational,
Departmental and Division meetings and activities; Compensation and
