Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Clinical Pharmacy Provider Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new opportunities for pharmacy performance improvement
Lead a team of pharmacists to foster provider engagement and support clinical programs
Define measurable KPIs and monitor for areas of improvement and opportunity

Required Qualifications

Three years of leadership experience
Five years of clinical experience in managed care or equivalent
Registered pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent
Prior provider engagement or account management experience
Deep business and financial acumen
