Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach the onboarding team to achieve performance
metrics
Partner with leadership to implement successful onboarding
programs
Optimize customer engagement strategies and workflows to enhance
time to value
Required Qualifications
4-5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in customer
onboarding at a B2B SaaS company
Prior people management experience preferred but not required
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training team members
Proficiency in Salesforce
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
