Job Description:

Summary: Restaurant Manager sought by Link Restaurant Group in New Orleans to support daily operations, manage staff, and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:
\t--- Execute quality and consistency of food, beverage, and service
\t--- Provide welcoming atmosphere, attentive, detailed, friendly, and courteous service
\t--- Proactively interact with guests, build loyalty, and face/name recognition
\t--- Positively handle guest requests and feedback
\t--- Maintain highest level of safety, security, sanitation, and cleanliness of restaurant
\t--- Staff, train, and develop guest-focused employees
\t--- Assist with inventory counts, costs, and maintenance
\t--- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
\t--- Scheduling

Requirements:
\t--- Strong interpersonal skills (motivating, delegation, conflict management)
\t--- One year of casual or fine dining experience preferred
\t--- Wine knowledge required
\t--- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining standards of operations
\t--- Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
\t--- Excellent guest service, hospitality skills, and professional presentation
\t--- Ability to motivate employees to work as a team
\t--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\t--- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
\t--- Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up skills
\t--- Must be effective at listening, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by guests

Physical Demands:
\t--- Seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours
