Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Link Restaurant Group in New Orleans. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the daily business operations and ensuring that the team delivers exceptional service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Quality and Consistency: Execute and maintain quality and consistency of food, beverage, and service with full adherence to standards.
  
• Service Delivery: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attentive, detailed, friendly, and courteous service to our guests.
  
• Staff Management: Proactively interact with restaurant guests, build loyalty, and face/name recognition. Positively handle guest requests and accept feedback.
  
• Service Audits: Regularly measure and evaluate service through restaurant service audits, and leveraging guest/employee feedback.
  
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, costs, and maintenance as specified by the General Manager.
  
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Experience: One year of casual or fine dining experience preferred.
    
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills (motivating, delegation, conflict management), wine knowledge required, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining standards of operations.
    
  • Education: Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
