Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Manager in Medical
Billing/Insurance for a remote patient support call center
position.
Key Responsibilities
Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and coverage
eligibility
Assist patients with prior authorizations and enrollment in copay
assistance programs
Provide efficient customer service and maintain accurate
documentation
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; associate degree or higher
preferred
Minimum 2+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance
verification, or patient services
Fully competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using a CRM and integrated telephony platform is a
plus
Bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable
