Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success to oversee and
develop a customer operations organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategic vision and roadmap for customer success and
operations
Build and manage a multi-functional organization including Account
Management and Customer Experience
Ensure operational readiness for customer onboarding in a seasonal
environment
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience managing high-performing operations or
customer success teams
Track record of overseeing multiple teams with varying mandates
Experience designing service models that balance operational
excellence and efficiency
Strong project management skills with experience in significant
process changes
Bias towards data-driven decision-making in team performance
