Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Equity Outreach Program
Manager to assess, plan, implement, and monitor diversity, equity,
and inclusion programs related to patient care and community
health.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and implement health equity programs and activities
Cultivate relationships with community partners to identify health
needs and barriers to care
Develop and implement community health projects addressing health
disparities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree
preferred
Three years of experience working with diverse community groups
related to health and wellness
Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating community
programs
Experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion fields in healthcare
settings preferred
Bilingual preferred
