Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Project Manager - CCaaS to
manage enterprise-level projects for their largest customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end CCaaS implementation projects, including
stakeholder management and risk mitigation
Work with CCaaS providers and ensure customer business requirements
are met
Provide project status reports and maintain alignment with
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in CCaaS delivery or similar industry
Strong project management experience with PMP and Scrum
certifications preferred
Experience with various CCaaS platforms (e.g., Twilio, Genesys)
Hands-on experience with contact center operations and
technology
Experience leading global rollouts in multi-geo environments
