A company is looking for an Associate Director, Business
Development to enhance carrier relationships and drive revenue
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue through key account growth and meet performance
metrics
Develop and implement strategies for accelerating growth across
accounts
Engage with customers to identify pain points and communicate needs
internally
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of enterprise account management experience
Experience managing and growing an enterprise book of business
Significant experience managing senior client relationships
Deep comfort with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance preferred
