Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create user-friendly documentation for K12 education software products.

Key Responsibilities

Craft user manuals and guides to assist users in navigating products
Document product enhancements, including writing release notes and implementation steps
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and online help systems like RoboHelp or MadCap Flare
Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe
Understanding of basic business functions
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3 years of experience in technical writing or support
Experience in EdTech is a plus
