Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support the
deployment and management of knowledge management programs.
Key Responsibilities
Write and edit complex technical documents, including manuals and
specifications
Collaborate with technical staff to gather data and maintain
documentation for software products
Evaluate and provide feedback on draft documents and participate in
documentation reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, computer science, or
related field
3-5 years of relevant technical writing experience
Experience with all phases of the System Development Life Cycle
(SDLC)
Proficiency with Microsoft software/systems such as Word, Excel,
and SharePoint
Previous software development experience is preferred
