You must be able to develop and maintain maintenance schedules and keep excellent repair records. Crane Mechanic Responsibilities

• Uphold RESOLVE's commitment to safety.
• Maintain and repair cranes and other equipment as needed.
• Determine overall condition of machines through inspections.
• Diagnose issues with Friction Cranes, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Restore equipment to working order.
• Exhibit positive and effective interaction with other RESOLVE associates, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all service, repair, and other work performed.
• Physical effort and dexterity is required, lifting up to 75 pounds, including service-related tools.
• Be familiar with the compliance requirements for OSHA, ANSI, and all local, state, and federal regulation.
• Other duties as assigned Crane Mechanic Position Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Technical or associate degree in electrical engineering, electronics, diesel mechanics or heavy equipment mechanics, preferred.
  • 5-7 years of mechanic or oiler experience
  • Friction Crane mechanic experience.
  • TWIC or be able to obtain upon hire. Crane Mechanic Preferred Requirements
    • Engineering Degree
    • Current or able to obtain a national certified Crane Operator license.
    • NCCIC A/D Director Certification
    • Lifting Director Certification
    • Rigging/Forklift Operator Certifications
    • Fall Protection Awareness
    • OSHA 10 Hour (US employees)
    • 40 Hour HAZWOPER
    • 8 Hour HAZWOPER
    • First, Aid CPR, AED
