Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for hardware, software, and
network issues
Administer network resources and monitor the health of critical
computer systems
Perform IT tasks including user account creation, device
refreshing, and software updates
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of related work experience
Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware
Experience with Windows Client OS and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
College degree preferred
