Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr Recordkeeper-Retirement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide service and administrative support for complex defined contribution plan clients
Review payroll/contribution files and resolve service problems related to participant inquiries
Process transactions and reconcile trust accounting/recordkeeping systems

Required Qualifications

3+ years of defined contribution client service experience
Experience with OMNI 5.2 / 7.4 platform systems
Proficiency in creating and updating Excel spreadsheets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
